Cherry Point ReDo

1950's era ranch renovation of living.  The key to the design was to utilize the existing square footage.  With almost 3,000 sf there wasn't a need for more space, but just a more efficient layout.  By not moving any exterior walls the cost of the renovation was significantly lower.
